After over a year, the Seward Concert Band has reunited and is making music again. Not only have our musicians reunited with each other, but they have reunited with classic pieces and composers from the band’s past, like old, long lost friends.
The band wants to reunite with you, its audience, too, so we invite you to, once again, relish the sound of live music performed by dozens of musicians. Join us at Roosevelt High School, at 4029 S 28th Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55406, on Friday, November 12, at 7:30 PM. Suggested donations are $6 for adults, $5 for seniors and $4 students and children.
There still is a nasty virus on the loose, so, to thwart it, we ask our audience to take advantage of Roosevelt’s ample auditorium space and safely spread out. In accordance with Minneapolis Public School policy, all visitors will be required to correctly wear a mask at all times during the performance. Vaccines are encouraged, but not required. All band members are vaccinated and will perform with masks and covered instruments.
Reunited, we can do great things. Like make great music.
